Report a concern

If something on this website, or within our community, does not feel right, you can tell us privately. We read every report carefully and treat it with discretion.

This form is not an emergency service.

If a child or adult is at immediate risk of harm, please contact the emergency services on 999. For non-urgent police matters call 101. Concerns about the safety of a child or vulnerable adult can also be raised with the safeguarding team at your local council, and health concerns with NHS 111.

Family Support UK is not a regulator, safeguarding authority, professional council, NHS body, police service or statutory agency. Serious or urgent matters should be directed to the relevant official authority, who can act where we cannot.

What you can report

  • Community safety
  • Inappropriate behaviour
  • Misleading or harmful information
  • Professional conduct
  • Harassment or discrimination
  • Website misuse
  • Safeguarding-related concern
  • Something else requiring review

Nothing is published

Reports are sent privately to our team. They are never posted on the website, shared publicly or passed to the person concerned as a matter of course.

What happens next

A member of the team reviews your report, may contact you for clarification, and will take any steps open to us — such as correcting information, removing content or ending an introduction. Where a matter belongs with an official authority, we will say so.

Prefer to write to us directly?
